Today we are going to dive into the ways to ground with yourself. This is looking at how to cultivate of the deep and compassionate relationship with your inner self. This is looking at the thoughts, feelings, and desires that are without judgement and the way you are treating YOU. This might be learning to tap into yourself in the grounded version of a version of yourself that is healthy. 

As Sarah and I chat on today’s podcast I want you to make sure to reflect on yourself of what has grounded you in your life throughout the years of the healthy self-relationship. Think about the moments that you have been self-aware and focused on a space that has kept you rooted, centered, and focused. 

We are going to chat today about what grounding is and practice that you can do internal and external to help you be at the center of yourself.
