With a Master's in Family Studies and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, Becca has built her career around one core belief: that when people truly understand themselves, everything changes.

Through the Stacked Intent Podcast, she delivers honest, research-backed conversations on the topics that shape everyday life — relationships, finances, self-care, and personal growth — making expert knowledge feel accessible, real, and actionable. Isaac Stackhouse is a filmmaker, live production director, and jiu jitsu competitor known across social media as The Wandering Grappler — a fitting name for someone whose life is built around martial arts, storytelling, and exploration. With years dedicated to his jiu jitsu journey, Isaac has turned his passion into a profession, serving as a producer and cameraman for the Professional Grappling Federation, the first professional league in the sport of jiu jitsu. He is also the host of The Daily Stack podcast and is currently working on a documentary that pulls back the curtain on the world of competitive grappling. Whether he's behind the lens or on the mat, Isaac brings the same relentless pursuit of growth.
