Ashleigh Geurin, MS, CNWE

Ashleigh Geurin, MS, CNWE is a nutrition expert and co-host of Stacked Intent, working as a Family & Consumer Sciences (FACS) County Extension Agent at the University of Georgia. She promotes community well-being through research-based nutrition insights and was a finalist for the Rural Leader 40 Under 40 award. With a Master’s in Community Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Family and Consumer Sciences Education, she provides practical advice for balanced diets and healthy habits, making her a valuable community resource.

Sarah Bradley, MS, LMFT

Sarah Bradley, MS, LMFT a new expert and co-host at Stacked Intent. Raised in rural Alabama, she earned a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Auburn University. Sarah founded Hope Grows Therapy & Consultation in Auburn and moved to Wetumpka in 2022, where she supervises therapist interns and provides consultation services. Living in Wetumpka with her husband, an Alabama National Guard member, and their two children, she’s thrilled to have an office near a coffee shop, fulfilling a lifelong dream.

Dawna Gonzales

I hold a black belt in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu and work as a self-defense instructor and life coach, which I prefer to describe as an empowerment coach. My life's mission is to assist women in discovering and embracing their inner badass Wonder Woman, applying this strength to every facet of their lives.

I provide in-person training in San Diego at 10th Planet South Bay, as well as online coaching and seminars across various locations. You can explore all the ways to connect and follow my work here.

Isaac Stackhouse

Isaac Stackhouse is a filmmaker and cameraman who also competes in jiu jitsu and enjoys exploring the world. He has dedicated years to his journey in jiu jitsu. On social media, he is known as The Wandering Grappler and is a member of the production crew for the Professional Grappling Federation, in addition to working on a documentary.

He joined us on Episode 18 of the podcast to talk all about Jiu Jitsu.

Tom Stackhouse

Tom Stackhouse serves as the President and CEO of Central Alabama Electric Cooperative, and throughout his career, he has held various roles. However, beyond his professional accomplishments, he is my father, and I have seen him exemplify leadership both in his field and in our lives. His presence in leadership is remarkable, and he embodies so much more. In Episode 21 of our podcast, he joined us to discuss how to be a present father while maintaining a healthy relationship. I must say, he has always been a very engaged dad, teaching us to embrace our daily lives and appreciate what we have in front of us each day.
