In our season 10 relationships episodes we are going to look at the why in our self-connection for the importance within relationships. We look forward to sharing with you through each episode ways to help you in that self-growth. Because healthy relationships in life all start with you and so start by building a healthy relationship with self.
This is something I (Becca) have always found to be important is having a healthy self-relationship, so that you are able to be a healthy individual and present in your relationships. We are going to just into our topic today of looking at ways to build a healthy self-relationship.
Let me just share a why here at Stacked Intent we believe you should have a healthy self-relationship, because it isn’t something our society often teaches and can be a foreign concept to so many. I have developed materials, write weekly blogs & emails, have our podcast, along with workshops and retreats. Are all designed to give you the tools to walk through and find that best relationship with self. It is one of those relationships we must sometimes learn to be constant with because it will affect every aspect of our lives. This season on the podcast we are aiming to give tools to help you with cultivating the environment to build a healthy self-relationship.
